SubSkins III is the successor of SubSkins, which is a (very) customizable theme. (subskins III is part a theme and part a theming tool). The new version is made from "bottom up" using paster.
subskinsiii is a (very) configurable theme and a theming tool. Hopefully, people without any design / css skill should be able to compose their own theme.
