This product provides a easy and professional way to publish real estate objects on the company website.

This product provides a professional solution for real estate brokers to advertise their houses on the internet.

This product contains 2 kind of content types: 1 for houses and 1 for business objects (office, warehouses etc.). The content types have their own workflows; simple workflow and advanced workflow. The house object has 2 workflows, simple and advanced and the business object has just one workflow, simple workflow.

House object (houses)

The simple workflow has 4 states (review_states): Offline, Available, Negotiating, Sold (Offline is the initial state). When an object (house) is added, the object gets its offline state. At that time, the object is not visible for anonymous users. You can change the status to Availble so it can be viewed by anonymous users. When an object (house) is sold, you can change the review_state to Sold. This object will be visible for anonymous users and will be online for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, the object with the state Sold gets the state Offline automatically.

The advanced workflow has 6 states: Offline, New, Available, Negotiating, Reserved, Sold (Offline is the initial state). When an object is added, it gets the Offline state. After publishing the object (house), the object gets the state New. After 2 weeks, all the objects with the state New will get the state Available automatically. This transition is done by a script.

Business object (office, etc)

This object has 1 workflow, simple workflow. The workflow has 4 states: Offline, For Rent, For Sale, For Rent/Sale. When an object is added, the object gets its offline state. After this you can change the state to one of the other 3 states. After selling or renting an object, you can change the state to offline and the object won't be visible for members and anonymous users.

Selecting workflows

By default the simple workflows are selected. If you want to use the advanced workflow for the house objects, just open de config.py and go to the workflow part. There you'll see useSimpleWorkflow (=True) and useAdvancedWorkflow(=False). For selecting the advanced workflow, just switch the True and False.
