A pumpkin / Halloween colored skin with fixed width and easy usability for the visitor.

- Instead of using the sites logo.jpg it displays the portal title.
- cross browser compatible
- fixed width (yes - this is a feature. Not everybody wants a dynamic width)
- good contrasts colors
- log-in and other personal tools moved to the bottom of the page - never liked it at the top.
- clean layout - with very little use of images ( 4 images in
a total of 1,79 KB)
