Theme for Plone 3 with liquid layout and color scheme based on new Plone Logo. Find releases on pypi (see "Project page" link), releasing on here is too tedious for now, this will change soon hopefully with an update of PSC.
Notre Dame

This theme was started at the Paris Sprint 2008. It's an attempt to create a simple, sleek, liquid default theme for Plone sites based on the new Plone logo's color scheme. Properties like background images, column widths, font sizes and colors can be adapted through the base_properties, so the general layout can easily be recycled. The CSS is suppsed to be easily adaptable/overwriteable and mostly !important-free, apart from some occasions in the IE fixes and the authoring.css.dtml.

Note that this theme does not work too well with IE6 since it uses PNGs with alpha-transparency and a table-less layout. Fixes for the layout issues might be incorporated in the future, with the market share of IE6 dropping drastically over the last months it seems unlikely.
