BastionLedger currently supports, a general ledger, inventory, and order management system. Work is underway to create a payroll system. There is support for multi-currency, subsidiary ledgers, and orderbooks.
There are expectations of this becoming the world's premier small-to-medium business accountancy suite.
There are some very large technology players with their attention focused upon exactly this market. These include Oracle's Net-Ledger suite, Sage's business management software, SAP's mySAP, and Microsoft's business solutions.
